Initial payment

Day-one cash required. Formula: (deposit months × monthly rent) + first month rent + activation fee (HKD 580 per occupant). Credit card requires 2 months deposit; bank transfer requires 3 months.

Payment & contract terms

Payment methods

Credit card (Master, Visa, Amex, Diners) or bank transfer. Debit card, EPS and UnionPay are not accepted.

Deposit

Credit card: 2 months. Bank transfer: 3 months (extra month invoiced separately).

Billing cycle

Invoice issued at the end of each month. Due on the 15th of the next month (auto-deduct for credit card).

Termination notice

3 months for both 12-month and 24-month contracts.

24-month CPI cap

Months 1–12 fixed at the 24m best rate. Months 13–24 may rise up to +5% (CPI-linked).

Flexibility

Office can be upgraded within the same agreement; transfer between Regus / Spaces / Signature centres is allowed (must keep size at or above original).
